Mykola Tomenko: Download a Patriotic Song to your Cell Phone and congratulate your Friends on the Independence Day of Ukraine
On the occasion of the 19th anniversary Mykola Tomenko Fund presents the project "Part of Ukraine in your Cell Phone."
Mykola Tomenko, Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, stated that this project gave a possibility to download free cell phone tunes of patriotic songs from the web-site tomenko.kiev.ua on the eve of the Independence Day of Ukraine
"We wish that on occasion of the 19th anniversary of our country every citizen had a chance to greet his friends, saying this way: I am a Ukrainian and I am proud of it," he stated. The tunes for downloading were taken from the CD "Main Songs and Melodies of Ukraine" issued on the eve of the 16th anniversary of Ukraine by Mykola Tomenko Fund and the National Radio Broadcasting Company of Ukraine.
The Deputy Chairman also stated that the Fund had presented the audio records of main songs and melodies of Ukraine the Ukrainian Anthem, the Prayer for Ukraine, Cossack marches and other songs, to the most of schools all over Ukraine.
